WHO CAN APPLY

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or
  • Run an established online business with an active customer base or audience

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling wholesale products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms
  • Purchasing wholesale items for personal use

APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

All wholesale applications are subject to review.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or deny applications at our sole discretion
  • Cancel approved orders if terms are violated

We carefully select partners to ensure alignment with Purpleby’s brand values and standards.

PRICING

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved resellers
  • Products must be intended strictly for resale in physical or online stores

General customers and non-resale orders are not eligible for wholesale pricing.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

Our wholesale pricing already includes significant savings.

Additional discounts may only be available under the following conditions:

  • A special promotional campaign is active
  • A large-volume order is negotiated and approved under a custom agreement

Any unauthorized discount usage may result in order cancellation.

INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Invoices are available upon request and issued in USD
  • All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment
  • Net payment terms are not currently offered

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All wholesale orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse.

  • Free shipping may apply to eligible wholesale orders
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes

FULFILLMENT TIME

Once payment is received:

If you purchased through a third-party distributor, please follow their specific return and support procedures.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully inspect all items before shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery
  • Report issues within 5 days of receipt
  • Provide photos and details for fast resolution
